We decided to use email marketing and automation to reach out directly to potential clients and old customers who had not made purchases on our platform. This allowed us to acquire new customers at a cost-effective rate and win old customers back. We optimized our SEO and eCommerce platform to generate steady growth and visibility compared to our competitors. We also set up Facebook campaigns and ads to create spikes in revenue for specific growth campaigns.
Some of the specific steps we took to achieve our goals included:

They required an eCommerce platform that could support complex operations in multiple EU countries, integrate with multiple warehouses, and hold a great amount of legal product information. These were some of the requirements:
- A platform that could integrate with multiple warehouses across multiple EU countries.
- Multiple languages and localized stores that could be managed by local teams yet controlled by a central EU Marketing Team.
- The eCommerce platform should have a community-building feature that should include a paid membership, different levels of customer access and a login area with a forum.
- An Education platform that could sell Online Courses, Workshops and Masterclasses being on-demand or live with multiple pricing strategies.
- A rebranding design that could better position the brand in the Dutch and German markets.
- A way to sell services and products on the same platform, creating Landing Pages for different countries/services that could integrate inbound marketing strategies + product sales and appointment booking altogether.

fter conducting thorough customer research, we developed multiple funnels tailored to different personas and pain points. These funnels featured a main landing page, multiple emails offering time-limited offers, reasons to buy, or free content, such as lead magnets, to nurture the relationship with the prospect.
We continuously analyzed the funnel to identify any customer drop-off points and made necessary improvements, including redesigning the landing pages and conducting A/B testing of email marketing copies. We also created different types of content, including e-books, audio files, and videos, to increase the conversion rate. Our efforts were complemented by the collaboration of photographers, designers, and various analytical tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Heatmaps, and journey builders.
Additionally, we had to ensure that our funnels complied with the new GDPR regulations and modified the way we store data. The culmination of these efforts resulted in a 300% increase in conversion rate, 300 leads generated, and an extra revenue of +21,000 EUR monthly.

During these lectures, we provided valuable information and education about Ayurvedic products and services, using marketing and sales scripts to effectively convince prospects of their value. We worked together to identify the best topics for the lectures, creating a few personas for our target audience. We also tested different lecture formats and scripts until we found a type that could attract potential customers, educate them on the products and services, and convince them of their value. We used Facebook Ads to promote the events in multiple cities, with an initial investment of €110 per event. Over five months, we held 38 successful events throughout Germany, with an average of 30 attendees and a 10% conversion rate. Each conversion meant a paid consumer in the value of €110, meaning that on average, per event, we had a return of €330.
Our strategy enabled us to achieve 300% ROI based on the Facebook Campaigns. We also managed to decrease event costs through partnerships and provide an upsell to customers, ensuring profits. Along with Facebook Ads, we added email marketing and free resources, which helped increase attendance rates to up to 30%. Our average cost per attendance/acquisition was €3, and we paid less than €1 per lead. This generated an extra €9,900 in revenue from 90 new customers.
The success of our strategy led to the expansion of the company's services to five new cities in the south of Germany, enabling the company to scale up and increase customer lifetime value.
