The Scenario

SST Germany, a high-quality Ayurvedic health products and services provider, was facing low conversion rates with their existing paid search ads strategy. As their marketing specialist, my challenge was to increase their conversion rate through inbound marketing strategies.

Growth Opportunity

I conducted extensive market research and analyzed customer feedback to create an inbound marketing strategy tailored to the needs and pain points of different customer personas. The goal was to address potential bottlenecks in the customer journey and improve the purchase decision.

My work

To achieve our desired results, we created a comprehensive inbound marketing funnel that included various components such as landing pages, emails, lead magnets, free offers, and remarketing advertising strategies.

 

fter conducting thorough customer research, we developed multiple funnels tailored to different personas and pain points. These funnels featured a main landing page, multiple emails offering time-limited offers, reasons to buy, or free content, such as lead magnets, to nurture the relationship with the prospect.

 

We continuously analyzed the funnel to identify any customer drop-off points and made necessary improvements, including redesigning the landing pages and conducting A/B testing of email marketing copies. We also created different types of content, including e-books, audio files, and videos, to increase the conversion rate. Our efforts were complemented by the collaboration of photographers, designers, and various analytical tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Heatmaps, and journey builders.

 

Additionally, we had to ensure that our funnels complied with the new GDPR regulations and modified the way we store data. The culmination of these efforts resulted in a 300% increase in conversion rate, 300 leads generated, and an extra revenue of +21,000 EUR monthly.
