The Scenario

Sri Sri Tattva Europe, a high-quality Ayurveda and natural products provider, was struggling to acquire new customers and generate sales through their new eCommerce platform. Their previous marketing efforts were not effective, and they only saw an increase in sales through major campaigns with large budgets.

Growth Opportunity

To solve this problem, I conducted extensive market research to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience and the European market, including their competitors. This helped us identify the brand’s strengths, unique selling points, and possible market expansions.

My work

We decided to use email marketing and automation to reach out directly to potential clients and old customers who had not made purchases on our platform. This allowed us to acquire new customers at a cost-effective rate and win old customers back. We optimized our SEO and eCommerce platform to generate steady growth and visibility compared to our competitors. We also set up Facebook campaigns and ads to create spikes in revenue for specific growth campaigns.

Some of the specific steps we took to achieve our goals included:

  • Conducting keyword research and competitors analysis to identify the most relevant and effective keywords
  • Analyzing prices and the market to understand consumer behaviour and competition
  • Optimizing our SEO and eCommerce platform for better visibility and positioning
  • Conducting SEO copywriting and analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ubersuggest
  • Setting up Facebook campaigns and ad sets, including copywriting and conversion techniques
  • Analyzing eCommerce data to continuously improve our strategies and campaigns

Through these efforts, we achieved 168% eCommerce growth and generated +200,000EUR in revenue. Our email marketing and automation strategies helped us acquire new customers at a cost-effective rate.
