How I scaled a digital product to reach 6x growth and 813% ROI using Strategic Marketing and Facebook Ads.
The Scenario
Sarasvati Studio is a company dedicated to offering yoga for mental health in Brazil. At this point, they wanted to migrate their services to the digital environment and needed to create a competitive product and scale it using Facebook Ads.
Growth Opportunity
We began by conducting market research, creating a persona for the product, and outlining a pricing strategy that would help us know what features it needed to have in order to scale faster. We also needed to understand what were the key pain points of his customers, why they enrolled in yoga classes/mental health activities, and how we could create an offer that would be unique and competitive.
My work
We started by building a Landing Page and selecting a payment gateway & online environment that would make it possible for customers to have a great experience while shopping. After that, I started building a Facebook funnel using different ads and offers for different funnel stages (top of the funnel clients, middle of the funnel clients and bottom of the funnel clients).
I ended up helping this company earn 6x their initial investment in Facebook Advertisement. Some campaigns were so successful that drastically decreased our CPA and consequently 813% ROI.
